My Account Is Restricted or Suspended
If Bankr has restricted or suspended your account, it was flagged by Bankr's automated protections. This is different from X suspending your X account. If that's what happened, see My X Account Was Suspended or I Changed My Handle instead.
What a Restriction Means
Bankr has automated protections against spam, abuse and bot-like behavior. A flag can result in a temporary or permanent restriction on the account. Bankr doesn't share the specific reason an account was restricted.
If only token launches are blocked (for example "Token launches are not available for this wallet right now"), check the launch requirements in How Do I Launch a Token? first.
Contacting Support
If you believe your account was restricted by mistake, you can submit one ticket through the Help Center form with your login method (X, email, Farcaster or Telegram) and the exact handle or email you signed up with.
Bankr can't promise a review, a reply or a change to the restriction.
Keep It to One Ticket
Don't open new tickets for the same restriction. Duplicate tickets are closed.
Watch Out for Scams
Support will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys or passwords, and will never DM you first. Anyone offering to "unlock" your account that way is a scammer.
Site Won't Load at All?
If bankr.bot doesn't load, rather than showing a restriction, it may be a regional block. Bankr restricts access from certain jurisdictions for compliance, and a VPN that routes through a blocked region can trigger it even if you're somewhere allowed. Try without the VPN first.
