How Do I Cancel Bankr Club, and What If a Renewal Fails?
Ask Bankr cancel my Bankr Club subscription. That turns off auto-renewal, and you keep your Club benefits until the end of the period you've already paid for. Bankr tells you the date they end.

Changed Your Mind?
If your paid period hasn't ended yet, ask Bankr to Subscribe to Bankr Club on the same plan. It switches auto-renewal back on without charging you again. Asking for yearly while you're on a cancelled monthly plan charges the yearly price, and your remaining monthly time stacks on top.
Refunds
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It doesn't refund the period you're in, which is why your benefits keep running until it ends. If you think you were charged in error, open a ticket at the Bankr Help Center with your wallet address and the payment's transaction hash.
How Renewals Are Paid
Renewals are charged automatically from your Bankr wallet on Base: USDC first, or BNKR if you don't have enough USDC. Keep enough of either on Base before your renewal date.
If a Renewal Fails
Not enough USDC or BNKR: Bankr keeps retrying for 3 days. Top up your wallet on Base in that window to keep your membership.
Wallet transactions paused: Bankr can't charge a paused wallet. Unpause transactions in Security settings within 3 days.
After 3 days, or if the payment fails for another reason, your membership ends. Subscribe again in chat to rejoin.
If you've linked X or Farcaster, Bankr messages you there when a renewal fails or your membership ends.
Transfers and Gifts
Memberships can't be moved to another account. To pay for someone else, use the gift flow. Yearly plans can't be switched back to monthly until they end. See Bankr Club & Max Mode.
