How It Works

Durable facts you tell Bankr are saved to /.memory/ automatically. On every future message — even new conversations — preferences are injected back into context.

File Layout

• MEMORY.md — Always loaded. Auto-generated index.

• user_*.md — Always preloaded. Preferences, persona, trading rules.

• feedback_*.md — Lazy. Past corrections.

• project_*.md — Lazy. Goals, strategies.

• reference_*.md — Lazy. External pointers.

Editing

bankr.bot → Files → .memory → edit directly. New files must start with user_ to be preloaded.

What Gets Saved

How to address you, communication style, default chain/slippage/gas, trading rules, wallet nicknames, corrections with reasons. Won't save ephemeral data or anything it can re-query.
