I Sent Funds on a Chain Bankr Doesn't Support
Funds sent to your Bankr address on a network Bankr doesn't support aren't necessarily lost, but you can't reach them from Bankr until Bankr supports that network. Blockchain transfers can't be reversed, and Bankr can't move or bridge funds on a network it doesn't support.
Check the Network First
See Supported Blockchains for the current list. If the network you used is on that list, your funds may just not be showing yet. Look up your address on that network's block explorer, and see Your Wallet & Balances.
What You Can't Do
Reverse or cancel the transfer. Once it's on-chain, it's out of Bankr's hands.
Export your keys and use another wallet. Bankr wallets are non-exportable by design, so you can't import your Bankr wallet into a different app to reach the funds.
Have support move it for you. Support can't send or bridge funds on an unsupported network on your behalf.
Watch Out for Recovery Scams
People who lose funds this way get targeted by fake "recovery" services. Never enter a seed phrase or private key into a third-party site or tool, and never share one with anyone. Bankr support will never ask for them and will never DM you first.
Before You Send Next Time
Check the network is on the supported list before you send.
Copy your trading wallet address, not a token's contract address. Sending to a token contract address results in permanent loss.
What to Send Support
If you're not sure which network you used, or want the team to check, submit one ticket through the Help Center form with:
Your Bankr wallet address
The network you sent on
The transaction hash or block explorer link
The token and amount
The sending address, and where you sent from (an exchange or another wallet)
