Wallets
Finding Your Wallet Address
Ask Bankr: "what is my wallet address?" or check the Wallets section in the terminal sidebar.
Warning: Always copy your trading wallet address, not a token's contract address.
Adding Funds
Send tokens to your wallet address on the correct chain. Base = send ETH on Base. Solana = send SOL. Do not send on unsupported chains.
Embedded vs External Wallet
Embedded — Auto-created at signup. Gas sponsored on Base, Polygon, Unichain. Fee claims auto-submitted.
External — Connect MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc. You pay gas. Fee claims return unsigned transactions.
Gas Fees
Sponsored on Base, Polygon, Unichain for embedded wallets. Not sponsored on Ethereum or Solana.
Private Keys
Non-exportable by design (Privy smart wallets).
Wrong Chain
Funds sent on unsupported chains aren't permanently lost but will be inaccessible until that chain is supported.
Two Different Wallets
Happens when X and email were signed up separately. Fix: log into the wallet with assets → Settings → link your other login as backup. Both methods then access the same wallet.
Wallet Mismatch on Social
Usually a session issue. Log out of bankr.bot fully → log back in with the same account. If it persists, contact support.
Unlinking Your X Account
Not possible — your wallet is permanently tied to the X account that created it (numeric ID, not username). You can add backup logins but can't detach. A fresh start requires a new X account or a DB migration by the team.
Lost Account Access
If you never set up a backup login, recover through Twitter/X's own process. Add a backup login now — it takes 30 seconds and could save your funds.
Pending Transactions
Can't be cancelled through Bankr. Most resolve on their own. Check Basescan for on-chain status.
